Inspired by Alberto and Andrea Bocelli’s sparkling wine collection but much more than a prosecco bar, Bocelli 1831’s kitchen will be focusing on a seasonal menu using seriously gutsy and unusual flavour combinations authentic to Tuscany.
Bocelli 1831 is an accolade to the history and the Italian heritage of the Bocelli Family and the vision which started in 1831. Andrea Bocelli has his roots embedded in his family’s traditions, in the land, the vineyards, the people and Italian Heritage. This will be reflected with delicious food of small plates, family style grazing, decadent brunches or relaxed leisurely lunches.
Using seriously gutsy and unusual flavour combinations that are truly authentic in their heritage and of course our future classics such as the ‘Bocelli’ meatballs with orzo and Marzanosauce or Bocelli sourdough, sticky beef and of course plenty of vegan & vegetarian plates.
At the weekend, we bring the Tyrrhenian sea to Bocelli 1831 where we will be showcasing a wet seafood bar, with seafood platters, oysters, prawns, lobsters and dressed crabs for a decadent brunch or relaxed, leisurely weekend lunch with friends.
The Bocelli1831 menu will be available throughout the day with plates for brunch, lunch and dinner.
